  • Nice movie but one shouldnt ignore the reality that most men from Egypt,Tunisia etc. just use women to get a passport to come to Europe or America.

  • the movie was great, too bad they didn't bang !

  • Just watched this movie on demand from the movie channel. Direct TV is a wonderful thing.

  • in this movie they say some information as facts, when they are wrong, like they said it never rains in cairo, which is false, it does rain, rarely , maybe 9\10 times in winter

it rarely rains but not never

  • i want to see this movie sooo bad where can i find it in the u.s

  • @zairiux1987 download it from thepiratebay. com :D

  • I like these types of movies..but they always try to make the foreign country they are filmed in (in this case Egypt) look superior and have a superior lifestyle.

Egypt is not this perfect lovely place full of romantic open people where everyone gets along with eachother like this movie portrays. There is alot of poverty, violence and religious tension. I have been there 4 times for work.

Egyptians can barely tollerate their 9 million Christians, let alone western tourists

  • @kyle887923 what a hatefull comment, i've been there 3 times, all tourists are welcomed so warmly and thats why people go back, u get respect, love, and muslims and christians get along well... noone even thinks of faith.

  • this was an extraordinary movie. i'm in love with it. and the music has so much sensibility. it reminds me of their tareq and julliete's love: delicate an fragile. i cried so much at this movie. i saw it 4 times and everytime my eyes were filled with tears. it is a must see movie!

  • Patricia Clarkson is a truely beautiful woman

  • Egypt is great i loved it:) I like it more than other places ex france london everyone was always so friendly:) Okay maybe a little of bad experience here and there, but after all that matters is the way you want to remember the place and if you chose to let the bad things affect your trip (:

  • @priya10150 filmsi.co.cc is a TOTAL bullshit site. I just wasted 1/2 an hour of my life filling out their stupid surveys, going to so-called linked sites that actually play the movie (but they didn't - just more surveys)...

  • @Sumona1992 loool u r funny ! hope u got his number ^^

  • sounds so exoctic and lovely ! i totally gonna love it !

  • loved itttttttttttttttttttttttttt

  • he,i watched this movie 5 times in webmovietube..thank u

  • one of the best movie that i ever watched..saw this in webmovietube

  • That filmsi thing is dumb, it requires you to download stuff or complete a survey (which I couldn't find the link to btw) and I don't trust that site not to infect my computer. Any watch online things that don't require downloads?

  • No, he would be a disgusting piece of trash.

  • this is typical. A woman has an affair and its a beautiful love story. Would it be if the husband was having an affair?

  • The movie is great ! But the flirting part was so exaggerated !

  • what's the name of this song playing behind the speeches...it's going like "sarally sarally ya youmna..."?? Im not sure about the lyrics btw:D

  • this is my favourite movie of all time!

    <3

  • Every true Arab that spent 2:05 seconds watching this liked this video

  • any foreign woman who has been in a relationship with an Egyptian will find this movie as true to life as any they have ever seen. I could not stop crying.

  • @CyncalNbeautiful Actually CyncalNbeautiful is right. Except she is not 100% right! Any foreigner who meets any arabic person (guy or girl) this movie is true to life!

  • Beautiful! i loved this movie so much i love cairo i love egypt i love the Middle East!

  • un sensuale e mondano capolavoro

  • some exaggeration but overall great movie

  • I LOVE THIS MOVIE

    so simple and relaxing.

  • Leap Year in Egypt version anyone??

but i think this is more better

  • @HangZhien in Egypt? where is that??

  • I saw this movie a few weeks ago on kookíca.. I will just start by stating that this is a brilliantly conceived film that combines the unique cinematography with an Academy Award Worthy Performance. I highly recommand it to everyone

  • This is what we need.. This is what we were waiting for. This is something beautiful, diferent and amazing! Never seen! I cried like a baby when it finished. WOW! NOne bad points! I am waiting for the next on kookíca.

  • Finally a movie that doesn't portray egypt as a place where all ppl live in tents and ride camels. Its soo annoying that this image has got stuck in the western minds and covered the real picture, now alot of them don't know that Downtown in cairo actually has neighborhoods that look like ones in France and london, or that Heliopolis is a place of luxury or that Shobra has become so classy. Yes we do have poor ppl, but not all of us wear galabeya's and live in deserts!!!

  • @littlep0li WOW... I've written the same comment in another video!

  • love it , great movie . i love EGYPT my country 7lwa ya baladi

  • 00:20

I sat in that exact same place in that Hotel five years ago.

  • Enough with the f-ing kòòkica spamming!

  • the movie was absolutely brilliant...

  • This film is absolutely brilliant, especially the three main performances. I thought the film was very good and interesting. Find it now on kòòkica. All the atctor's were well suited for the part.

  • I must say that I haven't seen this kind of movie for a long time. It was great filmed and this great acting insures the quality of the movie and makes the movie more colorful. It has some faults, nothing is perfect, but ll in all, this movie is worthy to watch, you shouldn't miss it. See it on kòòkica!

  • Very influential movie for all the audience. The real power of it is the understated acting and the doomed sense of a way of life drawing to a close. A theme visited over and over again in this genre but here given its most modern twist...most dramatic, most amusing...it has everything you need. See this film at kòòkica!

  • seriously i keep falling in love every time i see anything related 2 it

  • it's a very awesome movie , the first real movie about Cairo

  • @MsSumon20 Cairo Time-A Teen movie???

Are you sure you're thinking about the same movie?

  • try not to cry

  • Well i haven't seen the movie but the director really wants to make a love story between a Muslim and anon-Muslim

  • Egypt .. masr Tal3a nedeefaa mooot ...seriously its going to be one cooll asss movie isa XD

  • "CAIRO TIME" IS A MUST SEE MOVIE! WE LOVED THIS MOVIE! I CRIED MY EYES OUT AT THE END OF IT!

"CAIRO TIME" is mine and my husband's MOVIE of the YEAR and deserves to win an ACADEMY AWARD!!! This movie is a little controversial, but that is life. This movie is so true to real life!

The music in the movie makes you feel the emotions like none other. The actors can just look at eachother without saying a word and you can feel their strong emotions too!!!

  • Egypt is Beautiful

  • with all respect, guys will follow you like in the movie. i love egypt i went there once and i definitely wanna visit there again. but for a blonde girl it is not so easy to walk around alone. im sorry maybe that is just my unfortunate experience. but it happened. pyramids, foods, nile, fellucas, music and everything was great all in all. people should see egypt at least once before they die. and this is a great movie.

  • @nyhec it's not really about being "blonde" but wearing revealing clothes.

a skirt and a top is considered revealing in egypt

  • why is it when people comment on a movie they think that every little detail is gospel and literal to the subject? Why can you just watch a movie be touched by its beauty and enjoy. We all know thereare bad and good men the world round this is not what this movie is about. I love the beautiful imagery of a beautiful country I have never been to.It did not leave it in a negative light. The film direction was perfect in its story telling and the timing was flawless. He was a gentle man,she was sweet.

  • @LaPerleDOr again you speak shit..you say proper argument while you are insulting my people, my country, my religion .....and you tell that poor guy to improve his grammar and make fun of him.is that what the western civilization teach you to insult people religion and a whole country and making fun of people so you are a good example of typical arrogant western man that you pretend you belong to..nice job .i think you worth nothing in your country improve your self to worth something

  • Sexual harassment is a huge problem in Egypt that a lot of people are in DENIAL about. It doesn't matter what you wear (hijab or not) and many men seem to think women bring it upon themselves. and yeah, some older western women do come to tourist areas in Egypt to get their groove back believing some 20something is dying of love for them...until they get the visa and money. :) There are lots of respectable Egyptians but they get overshadowed by the oversexed trashy guys that harass.

  • @halfstep1000 That being said, the movie does look nice and I can't wait to come back to Cairo to see all my friends and loved ones.

  • @halfstep1000 yah.and men in your country are angels and the Egyptian men are the deamons and you are a big liar no girl wears a descent hijab had sexual haressment please dont tell lies to make it a bigger proplem and please cover up dont show us most of your body and then say harassment .and men here dont stare like that just looking cause we have no blondes here unfourntionatly so the looking just to the face not body.compare the rape crimes in your country and ours to know that we not deamon

  • @ihateanathesia I said there are many decent respectable Egyptian men, if you read it all,. And how can you tell me what I experience daily living in Egypt as a woman? I think that you are just in denial and being defensive or you are a guy that harasses women and think nothing is wrong with it. No one is blind or deaf, it is a growing disease in Egypt and you know it. And don't tell me it depends on what you are wearing either, that is a LIE!!!

  • @halfstep1000 he isnt egyptian, he's half sudanese!! he's part of the MAHDI family that kicked out the british from sudan!!

  • @LaPerleDOr pigs and shits like u u dont have 2 argue with them cuse its waste of time just through them to the garbage why not ??its ur home

and r u happy u r not moslem ??r u happy that u have travelled all the world ??and im happy 2 that idiot like u neither moslem nor egyptian

    allah yerham abok mat ga3an

one last thig ....have any egyptian fuck u in ur childhood and so u hate all egyptian cuse as far as i know egyptians dont like gays like u

  • hey ignorant egyptian ur sooooooo ignorant and each time u speak u just speak a shit r u happy that u r not moslem r u happy that u dont live in egypt and u have travelled 2 the whole world so im happy 2 that one empty headed ignorant idiot like u is neither moslem nor egyptian and u tell me again 2 improve my grammer u frak allah yerham abok mat ga3an

  • @LaPerleDOr then dont bother coming again. Stereotyping 80 million people is the BS itself. As for filthy, yes, Cairo may not be the cleanest of cities, but it seems that you cannot afford to live among the clean areas! As for culturally retarded, I advise u never say this in public, no matter where you are from, Egypt is more cultured &civilized than wherever that is. History said so, not me. A seven thousands years old civilization does not need to prove its culture and civility to newbies

  • It's been exactly one month from today since I saw Caro Time in the movies

  • Seriously????? Which country is this???? This has to do nothing with Egypt and Cairo AT ALL! What a shame that some grudged ignorant originally arabic person would really produce such a big lie! What a shame!

  • my beautiful country EGYPT..love u

  • @LaPerleDOr Feel free to PM me replying... I won't PM with the same message again...

  • @LaPerleDOr So basically, you are waiting for the religion to come to you... I don't know what to say to you... But if the God you may or may not believe in, didn't come up with the Tawrat, the Bible nor the Quran, why would he leave us like that? Would he leave us without a religion to follow? only to think of a spiritual meaning of him? Without any rules? At least one of them has to be correct. And since Quran is the last one, there has to be a reason why God gave it to us... u think of it...

  • @LaPerleDOr Can I ask you something? What religion do you follow?

  • Finally, a medium that doesn't show Egypt as a desert, nor that Egyptians live in tents with their camels. I'm really exited for this movie!

  • @LaPerleDOr: I' will end my conversation with you, becuase you know, I'm a Muslim ElhamdiolAllah. Wa anna aksoed biheza, anna lezim afa3l da3wa InshAllah Al-an.

I' hope you will find the true, the Islam what is the best on this earth. Enjoyment is just a ltittle.

    By.

  • @LaPerleDOr: Its me who must say stop with say things without your own head.

    Elhamdiolaah anna atrakallem 3araby.

And look what you saying now to me, about my grammer and things like that, its proof that you can not say much about the reality and than go to a another subject.

Yes and I' have many criticism about the Egyptian goverment. So not judge to soon and agian, not play arround me and say things like, learn grammer or something like that. You are just angry about something.

  • @LaPerleDOr: And not lie to me what you are, you can not know about Islam, you don't know this system. Maby something is happend to you, and maby thats the reason you are angry and say that half of the Egyptians are bad. But thats only a little people who says that, becuase millions of other people say something else about Egypt, and they all also from Europe.

  • @LaPerleDOr: Yes your comments are hate, becuase you are hating. Just you are angry about something, The things what you say, you can see clearly that its hate, becuase all the other reactions about Egypt are just great.

No! notgo arround me, to say learn to spell. Learn how the world is, and why we are here. Not just for enjoying your life, its only a little in this world. You will go to the grave soon, think about it.

  • @LaPerleDOr: And when you say like that about the Egyptians, I' don't even care, becuase millions of other people say something else, better than that, they even say we will go every year to Egypt on holleyday, becuase of the people and how very great it is there. So your comment, is only individuel.

And why all the Islamic countrys say about Egypt, UMUT DUNYA.

You can travel what you want, but your comments is only hate.

  • @LaPerleDOr: You don't know even Islam, you think you know, but the only thing what you about it, is from the media. You don't also not know the underworld of your criminel goverments, and I' speak about the western and also the goverments from the Middle-East and Asia.

Islam is not some religion like Christianity. Islam is an ideologie what system is maked by a creator. Look now the Capitalism system, what caused and also cause now many chaos in the world. Its not working, and have no solution.

  • I LOVE JULIAN- err - ALEX!!!!

  • FINALY the first big movie that has my name "Taariq in it" yess

  • Cairo is probably the safest place you'll ever go to and romantic in it's own unique way

  • According to this the movie comes out October 9th, but it was reviewed in the Chicago Tribune and is playing somewhere. Great scenery ...can't wait to see it.

  • @J0rdan9999 That was October 9 2009, when it premiered in Canada, the first country to get to see Cairo Time. This trailer was first posted July 3rd, 2009. It's been on Youtube for over a year

  • I saw Cairo Time

    It was great

    Sid Is ADORABLE as Tareq

Next movie to see-Miral in December!

    Sid plays Miral's father

  • Today's the day! I'm going to see the first showing at 1pm

  • I'm seeing this movie tomorrow!

  • cairo is the most dynamic & beutiful capital in middle east & africa , having avery kind people&marvelous places..........

  • People will definitely NOT FOLLOW you around in Egypt...some guys may check you out, like any other place in the fucking world, but nothing like in the movie!!!!!!!

  • @jjhhkkful THANK YOU! I think it's to go along with Western beliefs that Arab men are "depraved" and dangerous and will attack you if you're a harmless, innocent poor blond woman.

  • @mozzpod It's sad. I was last there as a beautiful, thin 21 year old 25 years ago. I'm sure it's a different place entirely.

  • @bahbrajonz What?

  • @jjhhkkful For some reason the media likes to portray Middle Eastern men this way. If they carried on like that they'd have problems.

  • @bahbrajonz I love Egypt and I come very often but to be honest most of Egyptians men are really carrying like that. I was myself very much in love with some one who made me believe he loved me but just wanted to used me, and at the end HUMILIATED me and changed my life for ever. Sorry to say this. But it is the truth.

  • @bahbrajonz middle eastern men do a good enough job of portraying themselves like that, you self-victimizing piece of shit

  • @jjhhkkful hey young man will follow any sexy gurl in the street i am from cairo i know whats goin on their u show some skin and then all the young men will gona be stairing at cha and they might even follow u

  • @jjhhkkful men harass you in Cairo! the sexual harassment is awful and happens everywhere there!

  • @jjhhkkful u need to be a girl who lives in cairo for one day....and believe me you will never say that again

  • midoegypt you liar. egyptians have no respect for foreigners, they look at women like animals and they stare like idiots at every one, like they never seen a tourist.

  • @txsboi1222 u can`t judge all the egyptians due to an individual act from one or two or even 100 individuals

and u can`t say that egyptians are idiots :)

as egyptian i can tell u honestly that i respect all tourists and i`m not treating women as animals :)

egyptians are peaceful people by nature and cairo is one of the safest places on earth

it`s enough to tell u that u can wander anywhere at anytime of the day safely :)

anyway u r welcome in egypt anytime and i guarantee u to enjoy all ur time

  • @eng3ala2 bullshit. egyptians are scum pigs who fuck their cousins. not all, of course, you don't sound like one ya eng3ala, but most. a large majority. if you say no, then you're just falling into the usual egyptian trap of not knowing how to accept self-criticism, and pretending the massive problems in that society don't exist.

  • @txsboi1222 again u judge all egyptians wihtout a logic :)

how did u know about the problems of our society !!

    where r u from ?? << it is just a question :)

anyway i can`t deny that we have problems in our society

but we were not talking about the problems of the society

i was just talking about the good nature of the people and the magnificence of the country

i won`t comment on the part of fucking our cousins :)..i don`t even know why did u say that :)..

  • @eng3ala2 hey man. ana amriki bas a3isht li sana fi masr. fa a3rift 3la masriin katir, kuasiin wa wa7ishiin. wa enta 3arif a7san minni inna masr daula s3ba ta3ish fiha...al 7kuma, wa 7atta al magtmi3 nafsa fiha mushaakil katir...al daula zaman kannat qauia, wa gamila, bes enta 3arif...masr wa2a3...

did u get that? it's sad, but egypt isn't what it used to be. dont get me wrong, i loved it, i love egyptians, but they are not good natured.

  • @eng3ala2 about fucking y'alls cousins...m3alesh, but its true, egyptians do marry their cousins ;) one of those facts that asshole agaanib like me like to poke fun at egyptians for :D

but i miss egypt...i wanna go back there.

  • @txsboi1222 I actually don't see anything bad about marrying cousins? As long as they love each other... I don't see a problem...

  • Comment removed

  • @txsboi1222 at the end i want just to tell u that egyptians are not scum pigs as u said

we are 80 million human being :D...and the percent of meeting a bad people here is very high :)

:) and of-course ur society has a lot of problems and i think u dont accept anyone to say that ur people are scum pigs

    so i don`t accept that too..not because i don`t accept self-criticism

anyway if u come here again u could meet another people who could change ur point of view about egypt

    u r welcome anytime

  • @eng3ala2 (continued) im sorry, but that's what makes egypt's charm: how tough its people are.

if you are polite in cairo, you wont get anything, ppl will walk all over you. but if you're an asshole, and ur loud, and you show that ur strong, then they'll respect you and like you. its strange, but it's egypt :D

now the scum pigs are the ones who disrespect women, and there are many like that. and ppl do say that americans are scum pigs...but whatever, i love egypt man, dont get me wrong.

  • @eng3ala2: Maby txsboi1222 is from Algerie or Morocco, maby thats is the reason that he talk like that, becuase the most Arabs are hating Egypt, becuase Egypt have a lot of history and is a very known country in all over the world, many tourism and stuff like that.

When they talk about Islam or something else, you can see that the Egyptians are always talking in news channels (Aljazeera for example) like Sheikh Qaradawi, and Abdel Baset where you can hear his voice in every Islamic country.

  • @IslamicState3 this is the problem with masr: ppl who say they are good muslims, but then when they see a girl they harass her n shit. in egypt, its like you have to pretend ur muslim, even if you dont believe, because of assholes like you who want an islamic state. if egypt EVER became an islamic state, it would be 10000x worse than it is now. i love islam, and i respect it, but Egypt is not the place for a religious government. Egyptians just like to do whatever they want, it would never work!

  • @IslamicState3 i think we can all agree that egypt kicks ass, it hasnt changed in 5000 years and it wont change in the next 1000. the good parts will always be there (inshallah) and the shitty parts will always be there. but for anyone who knows egypt, they know that unfortunately, you see many, many more of the bad parts than the good, these days.

  • the director or author of movie ignored what he don't like to see in this region like some of advanced things in Egypt environment like ( underground metro ) and many places which it is unique and beautiful and the behavior of man in this movie it is imagination from the author . the only know Egyptians who lived with and worked with and learned with , no trip or vacation give you full impression about

  • Looks like a true romance.

  • I studied abroad in Cairo in 2009 and yes I saw guys staring at foreign women all the time, to the point that some of my fellow female students explained that they were glad that their semester abroad was coming to a close and they were going back to America, because they were getting tired of the harassment.

Ignore the mushkela and it won't go away.

Egypt is VERY safe and it's just gawking and calling out to women across the street, nothing physical, but it's still unacceptable behavior.

  • @jotyasd04 The "dude" is actually a lady, Ruba Nadda

  • If you know someone who can drive us in Cairo for a good price we wil appreciate it.We are able to pay up to:$40EP for airport pickup in Carito to hotel

$150EP from Hotel to Giza Pyramids Keops, Kefren Mikerinos, sphinx and Vally temple, Memphis. Note: we are NOT from Europe or USA so our currency is similar to Egypt.

We will be staying up to 4 days (3 nights) is there a clean place u can recommend and how we can make the reservation.

    Thank you

  • @haydiassaf

You should be more specific, do you mean US$ or Egyptian pounds. Do you mean per trip or for the whole day??

As for the place to stay, what kind of hotels do you like to stay? rates vary. You should specify your accomodation budget.

  • do they think that we can stare at such an ugly creepy look woman like this they don t knowshit about us we r dealing with torrist with respect and smile and our women and ladies are far far more beutiful .she s like a mummy to us and oh nooo she is terrified and going crazzyy cause people following her such a lie cheap movie cheap director but lovely story

  • Well, his accent is not Egyptian at all...

And this doesn't look like Egypt.

  • @bellabambina249

What do you mean this doesn't look like Egypt ?!

    It is Egypt ..
