There seems to be a little debate on if this is called Jianbing or Danbing, actually its both, normally Danbing is with egg (dan) but far as I know most people will understand what your talking about if you use either Jainbing or Danbing....
Gloves are for those who have so much preservatives in them, that there is no normal microflora in your digestive system. So ANY bacteria, good or bad, will hit your organism like a ton of bricks...and you will cry to your mommy, why does my tummy hurt...becuase your tummy has been fucked up by your own food industry...mind blown?
