I remember i had bowser candy on this level and i used it near the giant tubes. Dry bones and toadette (my mum was playing as her) were right in front of me and it was the last turn. My mum was in the lead by 2 stars and i owned her by stealing them both. In the end she came third and went ape shit. Great days...

Well, I don't say anything against Bowser Boards - I like most of them. But luck based boards suck very badly.
