tonight on ITV they were featured on "dishing the dirt". undercover researchers filmed them leaving dishes out past the supposed "yo-sushi 2 hour limit" and past the legal 4 hour limit. Some dishes were left out for 8+ hours. urrgh, disgusting.

each plate is a different color. green, blue, orange, pink, purple and grey and they all have different prices. When you're done eating an attendant comes over and tallies up your plates.
