What is a jiggalo? A reject that needs to feel accepted in some sort of way by pretending to be in a club where stupid-looking assholes paint their faces and sing about clowns. Because of this, they usually end up picked on and/or outcasted in the social sense. There music is actually very similar, the only difference is Eminem is more lyrical but was made by Dr. Dre while ICP actually built their empire ground up as an Independent act.
