The reason that was done in the civil trial as Jason was called ny his dads attorney to make him look suspiscious and the prosecution called his girl to prove his motive was to save his inheritence. The reason Jason was never called for the criminal trial is they did not need to prove he wasnt there he was at work.

I am sure most of the blood was on his front person andthat would not be in contact with the seat. Many other samples with no trace EDTA were found at the murder,in his Bronco,at his house, on his gloves and even in his own home. Ron Goldman put up a fight and had bruised knuckles if O.J. was the perpetrator he should have injuries in multiple places and he didn't.. If he arrived after he would not have bled all the way down the walk and into his Bronco and the footprint in the Bronco was there go read the evidence. It was not conclusive to Bruno Magli shoes but the prints leaving the scene to where the Bronco was seen leaving were consistent with that shoe. Hard to get a shoe match off carpet you know.

Sure did, against the objection of the defense, but they would soon find out that this was a blessing rather than a curse for the defense. The implication that the LAPD planted and mishandled key evidence was central to OJ's defense team establishing enough doubt for an acquittal. It was also discovered that not only was his alibi bogus, but in fact the restaurant closed early that night verified by a coworker because they are not busy on Sunday nights! He left around 9:30pm.

They have his original time card showing he clocked out early and his girlfriend at the time confirms he clocked out around 9:30pm!
