"How Can You Mend A Broken Heart" is one of my all time favourite songs. I love all versions from the Bee Gees original, to Al Green's soulful take, Buble's smooth crooner's version and Stan's modern interpretation. Proof that a great song resonates regardless of genre it's remade :D

Al Green has has had decades to perfect this song, Buble had had years(?), months(?). Stan has had 4-5 DAYS! On top of other idol commitments! He is the man! And some of us prefer timbre to silk, it has more character and personality. But all 3 are still awesum lol! I find i cant quite knock the other 2 down, thats just wrong, lol.

Wow, impressed he definitely gave it his "signature", but he just didn't do it justice like Buble (just pure silk). If I want the soulful version I listen to Mr. Al Green's cover. However keep on keeping on Stan.

The mentor that week was Buble! Anybody can copycat anothers version, but that will never make it yours... Stan took this song and put a modern version of a 50's 60s soul spin on it. Gifted, always wanting to learn, he made that song his own! Awesum!
