It totally captures Reficul and Kali and their struggle without really saying much about it. Each time I re-watched it I could see it even more. What's even awesomer is that when he was Lucifer, he probably did look like that -blonde hair and blue eyes. I really loved it. Good song too. Totally a favorite!
I knew Iris was already doing something with the litteral story, so I had to take it the other way. I alway's found Reficul's story facinating. So well, trying to capture his and Kali's struggle, and mainly focuss on the way he felt, and how he saw everything was well, exactly what I tried to do xD I'm glad it worked.
I did have some troulbe with picking a song. I wanted one that started slow, and then exploded halfway..couldn't find anything o.o
I like the way you used the clips, seeing that story you tried to create ;) This isn't what I'm used to see with you, meaning the song choice/way of editing. but that doesn't mean I don't like it. The symbolism of the sword is nicely put in and you manipulated the clips of Aerith and Cloud well ;) *thumbs up* =]
Hmm, it's the same editing style actually, I didn't experiment much on this video. And I don't see in which the song is any different from my "usual" picks. Could you explain that all a little further?
@LyanAvalin I mean, this is quite a slow song, from the singing, it does have a beat, but still. Little bit hard to explain, so I'm trying here ;) The editing I liked was the flash black&white/color beat thing. very nice ;) I can't recal seeing that before, or I forgot. In that case, nevermind my comment >.<
It's actually a fast song with slow singing. Compare it to we are broken, that's a slow song. Not to mengion Listen to your Heart which is even slower xD So slow is nothing odd for me by now. And I never used a white flash in the vid xD Style's similar to what I did in Believe Me. Actually it's the exact same thing xD
@LyanAvalin I personally don't like the song >.< never really liked it xD but I do like the way you worked with it ^^ so that's a plus. making a video in a way people immediatly creating their own story to it, that's very well done =P
I still don't think many people will actually think about the story. I once did a video and added: couldn't come up with a storyline, so you think of something! Know how many comments I got with storyline suggestions? 1 xS
