Foul Meddamas ( called foul because it stinks) ---- was bought to egypt by the british from india - to feed their horses----------- the egyptians made it their national food...... Eat fuuul and become fools..... look at the vacant foolish expressions on any egyptians face ---- its the foul..... thts what happens when u eat animal feed.

Ful recipes tend to vary from home to home. Best thing about ful is the fact that it makes you feel full and satisfied because of the high fiber and protein content.
