line the cage with regular hay or timothy, don't use alfalfa, it's only good for baby bunnies, alfalfa makes rabbits really fat, and whenever she's starts pooping in the cage outside the litter box, immediately pick her up asap and put her in the litter box, it's training, you can line the litter box with newspaper and put hay on top of it, that makes the bunny happier (to sit on) and helps absorb the smell

Xiaxue, you should look online for Jumbo scatterless littler pans! They are amazing. I didn't even have to potty train my bunny with these and it keeps the pee smell in one place. I bought it three years ago and it still looks good :) You also should buy her a cynlinder shaped rattle toy for cats. That is one of my bunny's fav toy, she picks it up and drops it all the time to grab my attention. Oh and they are suppose to have unlimited amounts of hay and max two tb spoons full of dry food -Xo
