I also got the Kira laugh, the Higurashi one shows more insanity, but the Kira one is one that you let out, after bottling it up, and it releases all of your brutality and horror all at once. So the Higurashi laugh is good for consistency, but Kira's laugh is good to let out after a long amount of time.
