As a graduate of Mark Rolton's Conclave class, all I can say is that his integrity and enthusiasm far outway any bullshit you read about him being a "con artist". The only reason you aren't getting a "return on investment" from attending his course(s) is because you are lazy or stupid.... or both. Take what he taught you, read between the lines and MAKE IT WORK. I am living proof that the knowledge he imparted on me is working. I will have a min 200% ROI within 12 months of attending his course.
Mark Rolton is a scam and con artist and everyone should be wary of attending his seminars and his conclave events!
I am a former "student" his course is a piece of shit waste of time, he is a crook and should be investigated by the ACCC, there was a good article about his course on OZ RIP OFF by former "graduates". When Mark found he cried like a little B***h and got the post off, HIs course was a waste of money did not learn anything, this crook will do anything to get your money!
this clip is pretty spot on - what they don't mention here (going on from riderfreak's comment) is that Mark/Massland covers all DA costs - which can run into $100,000's - the initial downside to this is that he takes 80% of profit Vs your 20% - which is not so bad if the profit is in excess of a mil or so! After you've raised capital to cover these costs, it would be obviously be better to fly solo - capturing 100% of the profit
Yes, The council will not give you a DA without it being paid for. That being said a DA costs around 7-14k for a splitter block (in Australia) and you wouldnt begin a DA without knowing for sure that you will make 30 or more (sky's the limit) thou from on selling the DA and a option to a developer, so the cost of a DA is relatively insignificant. Although, Architects and the "paper work" to achieve a DA may cost you a fair bit. All i can say is do your homework!

Does the Council have to be paid for the DA prior to the option being resold if you we're wanting to offload it early for profit.
