What I really want to see is a video with someone with Dark skin getting a color tattoo. All the videos I run across are not REALLY using someone with DARK SKIN. When I search dark I am not looking for caramel and mocha. I am looking for milk chocolate. Dark chocolate. Let me see some colors on this tone. Most people should know that this skin tone and others lighter and not too far from it should be able to get color in their tats.
I can say that the advice of using brown translucent paper over the tattoo to see how the color will end up is GREAT advice. I can tell he knows his stuff. Great artists with a pool of knowledge are always appreciated.
@Thiyow just to let you know tattoos live under the skin. Dark chocholate ppl cant get color cuz ur Melani of your skin and when it heals with a thin layer it will cover it up. It will not show. the lighter the skin more color, the darker skin bold color like black. Sometimes if your really dark skin u may have trouble getting black ink.
@1missmonet I actually did end up finding quite a few that do colors on darker tones. I have 4 tats so I know how they work and I know that skin layers on top of the ink. The point I was making is that no one is advertising darker skin colors. Just light skin. And from what I found after doing my research and talking to quite a few different artists you can get a really beautiful tat with color on dark skin if the artist themselves have the right ink and and technique.
love this is some good info. and even though this guys arm is not as black as some people would like it to be. I've tattooed aon a lot of black people and it is just like you said. little is better than to much. thanx for the info and keep up the good work. there a lot of haters out there. don't pay not mind to them... i got a lot out of this in reminding me on want to do and what not to do...
are those horse shoes or captive bead rings in your ears? if they are what size are they? i have been looking for some but i dont wanna gauge them to much.
