thanks for the information i appreciate it. i got dehydrated badly the past couple days so i been chugging water i feel better cuz i drank lots of water all day and now im drinking gatorade.. ugh i dunno how i got that dehydrated but it was aful .. now i know why my lips were dry.. i was so dehydrated today i consdred going to the er for fluids thank u for the video most informative ..;) sincerely girl who needs her fluids
