Making cheap jokes in front of parliament and wasting parliament's valuable time is not "rocking" performance. Biharis already showed him and his government their place in last state election. I agree with some one's earlier comment that "this person is shame for whole nation". There are many more jokers floating in Delhi It is the right time for citizen's of India to replace them with sensible and good governing people.
