Told they would come back to him in a couple of minutes but had to move to another question for the lead candidates and never went back to him.

Romney is strong on values, defense and the economy. He has turned bad situations into good ones. He is also intelligent and a great communicator. If given a chance, I think he will make a positive difference in our nation (and everyone knows we need that right now).

For the record, I am a republican and I have been since I first registered, when I was 18. And I was saying this over a year ago! "With all due respect to all of the other democratic presidential candidates, I will be voting for the one that gets the nomination!"
If John McCain hadn't of flip flopped on the tax cut to the morbidly wealthy, that he initially opposed, and if he wasn't such a complete moron when it comes to the war in Iraq I'd likely be supporting him right now.

as a person who holds a degree in political science, i probably do have more experience analyzing politics than most of the young ron paul supporters who are just now developing an interest. paul has some views on racial and gender equality that i'm sure some kids wouldn't agree with. of course his views on iraq and the war on drugs would look good to young people, especially when compared to the views traditionally held by republicans.

I agree with what Gore Vidal once said (paraphrasing): "I don't believe in conspiracy theories unless you're talking about the conspiracy of stupid." There is most definitely bias and corruption in the media.

Even if you don't believe it's a conspiracy (!!!) you have to admit there are some weird discrepancy in the media. For istance, Mike Huckabee has always gotten way more favorable coverage in the media even before he got second at Ames. Seems like to me the least hawkish of the candidates get less slack. Also, why can't media get it right? RP is a non-interventionist, not an isolationist.
