PC-s with a GUI were a new thing to us back then, so we knew nothing about the stuff that wasn't a Commodore or not running MS-DOS. Haha. Remember this is 2008, and this will be their state of the art facilities out of the whole country. Compare this to the best Junior schools for technology and design in the West. The Computers and software look like they are between 5 - 10 years out of date, and the actually room looks like its from the 80's. I don't think they have internet there either.

Matter of fact, there is internet, or so to say... North Korea has its own network and dont use the US based "internet" network. They even have an own operative system called Red Star OS, a Linux based system. I guess it's a way to further block contact to the rest of the world by not using the actual "internet".
