I watched this show starting when I was 3. My favorite show of all time! Miss it but I don't know if a remake would be a good idea unless they stuck extremely close to the original. Look at Night Rider....-sigh-did not like what I saw!

THis is Knight Rider but for the air. I remember watching this show. So cool! I agree, TV is garbage. So is music these days. Not to say they didn't have garbage music or tv back in the day but it certainly wasn't wide spread like today is. So sad!!

I miss themes like Hawaii 5.0, Magnum P.I, Dallas, Airwolf, A-Team, Remington Steele, McGyver, Hart to Hart, Hunter, Miami Vice, Battle Star Galactica, Alf and Knight Rider... and that's not even half of the great themes of yesteryear.

@missymaw I agree! I grew up on all four shows as well. Saturday mornings were spent playing outside, Saturday afternoons were filled with Knight Rider, Airwolf and A-Team. Those were the days of GOOD TV!! Writers and producers nowadays have no imagination at all. Nothing good on TV, in my opinion since the HIGHLANDER series. For me, when Highlander the series ended so did good TV, with the exception of Law & Order, which is now also gone. Time to download our fave episodes from iTunes...

Everything was better back then,TV-Movies-Cartoons-Cars-M­usic, just name it,is was better in the 80's.

And the girls was a lot more beautiful and sexy back then and people in general was better to.

If I had a Delorean I would drive back in time and relive the 1980's over and over and over again.

Well, there was a german show a while back, that was called "HeliCops - Einsatz über Berlin". It also had a high-tech helicopter, though not nearly as high-tech as Airwolf - just ceramic armor, an EM-pulse cannon and some sort of "silent running mode" where its engines would practically be inaudible.

Wasn't really great, but fun to watch nevertheless. Especially as this kind of show isn't made that often anymore. And even if they try... Well, don't get me started on the new "Knight Rider"

Crap singers doing cover songs, Z-List "celebrities" (e.g. the guy who shagged the barmaid who once served Rowan Atkinson's window cleaner a drink), etc. Why don't they just re-run the A-Team, Airwolf, Manimal, Magnum P.I., Blue Thunder, Hunter, and all those other ace shows? I for one I'm fed up of idiots asking me if I watch X Factor!
