Kinda easy to defeat it actually all u need to do is find a rocket a grenade launcher and a machine gun. when its charging the freeze ray or grabbing someone shoot its mouth (where its charging or where the tentacle thingys come out) keep spamming like that with ur rocket then shoot it with the grenade launcher. Hide behind the structures to hide from freeze ray or use speed mode and sprint to run from the freeze ray. and boom down it goes
