I'll give you a couple of answers for free:

1. The penile system will become the only form of entertainment we can afford / left for us.

2. The descent into poverty will come before any coalesced uprising in the US because too many people still defend / benefit from the system. They cannot be convinced to abandon an abusive system, so I say fuck em.

If people take the punishment quietly, they may not need to use the fema camps at all. If the populace starts resisting the enslavement, then they may find use. You will die before you reach old age, if the financial coup that is being perpetrated is completed, because all benefits will be lost and the world will reenter feudalism.
