  • @calgard1 Man, you're so wrong. It's 70% what you eat and 30 the workout or even less. You work your muscles, they will recover and grow bigger, but if you don't give them fuel they're gonna remain the same. "If you eat like a little girl, you will look like one".

  • Jon. The problem I have about dieting is I feel as though I have to force myself to eat healthy and it's not second hand nature. It's hard because a lot of healthy food just doesn't taste good. How do I keep myself from eating the wrong foods especially sugar?

  • @goingeast71 I know where you're coming from bro, i used to eat mcdonalds, BK, carls jr, taco bell ect... mainly cuz i smoke all the time and it's easy food, but for the past 5 months, i've been eating healthier and when i say healthier, i don't mean unseasoned chicken and brown rice. Terriaki chicken is pretty bomb, like bento ect. If there's a local terriaki place, just go their, spend 7~ dollars and get you get chicken, steamed veggies and rice. It's a good meal and you can afford the sauce.

  • I love the flat-out wraps! I'm working on losing weight (used to weigh about 330lbs, but I'm down to 268) and those things are saving my life. Very good for wraps, or loading them with veggies and a little cheese and baking them for "pizzas."

  • Looks good, but you should use a cooking pot or a saute pan for your mince. Makes it a lot easier to mix your onions and seasonings evenly.

  • @iamshalomguy fiber is just something that cannot be broken down in the digestive system, it does not affect testosterone levels in any way so I am not sure where that info came from, but I can assure you fiberous grains and foods do not effect testosterone levels

  • @barthelfitness i personally train with many well know personal trainer i recently went to la to train with charles glass he personally told me to much fibre decrease testosterone levels i have also found this to be true from personal experience i am an npc level bodybuilder with 14 years bodybuilding experience

Increased fiber intake along with a saturated fat reduction can show a 12 percent decrease in testosterone and other androgen hormones

    this has been proven countless times also you claim to be a bodybuilder natural in your old spice parody you look like you have the muscle mass of a 12 year old

  • @iamshalomguy I dont know a whole lot of 12 year olds who squat/deadlift over 500 lbs and bench well over 300lbs. I am not looking to argue, just looking to help. There is no significant relations between fiber and testosterone level, if you understood fiber you would understand that, it cannot be brocken down...it cannot be absorbed in the body, there for not changing bodily functions, and even if you had a concept of the digestive process it would be clear. stop being so negative, and smile

  • @barthelfitness ive got a full time job so any time off will cause big problems the only time i get time off is during holidays such as 2 weeks off at thanksgiving 2 weeks of at christmas and 5 days off through new years its very annoying for me i have relatives all over the world which i have to visit during a 2 weeks period first my aunt in st paul for thanksgiving then another aunt in hanford california my sister in north miami and my parents who split up who slip when i was 10

  • Excellent vid. I love onions and looks like an awsome meal. I do eat clean and usually at least 5 meals a day. I posted my results, I did not quite get my abs to come through but I feel like I'm close. I'm maintaining a 40/40/20 ratio for the most part. I'm at about 12% body fat now and pretty sure that I need to be at 10%. Any tips or advice is welcomed. I will send another message with my Email if you have any questions about my current stats or diet.

  • i actually sometimes through carb cycling into my diet, if done correctly i beleive it tricks the body into using stored fat as a source of energy, to make it basic every 3rd day only have a really dense carb meal for breakfast and post workout, otherwise stick to no carbs are really low carb foods like veggies with your meals........give it a shot.
