try to wake up near a window where a spot of sunlight shines through and as you come to, keep your eyes closed and find the light on your facial area, concentrate on the brightest spot, sense the light and heat on your 'self' and think illumination of your dark areas...one of many ways to reclaim your mind (remember too always think/deep breathes).
here now as such striving into a future not yet... ... ...
