mine has frozen since the last 3.0 update, and it gets annoying after awhile, and it sucks b'cus it always happens of course when the battery is full, and perfectly fine, and then it freezes mostly when i want to turn on a song. but other than this it works good :]

notice he had no mention of the new games app, which has actually been hacked since zune came out, but they did all the hacking for us, think they might actually go anywhere games? it would give them a huge edge over apple, the 2 games they have now are fairly simple but still addicting

TO unfreeze you must hold up and hold the back button until it resets

To be honest, I don't know why everyone gets in an Apple vs Microshaft debate, b/c I think the Zune appeals to a different market than the Ipods do, in my opinion i'd take a zune over any standard ipod, but id take the ipod touch over the zune. but if your into more space / storage then get the zune.

I hate how apple calls their new music service "Genius". They are so stuck up. And, Microsoft already announced their music discovery system a day before! It will be way better than anything Apple has.

The main point that makes Microsoft better than Apple when it comes to updates is:

-EVERY Zune gets the updates, and all features

- It is FREE

- New and original ideas

iPod and Apple are sometimes overrated.

I thought buying my Zune was a back move, but it was a good idea now. Hope they work on a Zune Phone, like he mentioned.

Also, they should get some international support! Those online features won't really work in AUS unless i say i am from USA.

Really like my Zune. Really like the free semi-annual updates to the entire product line. The wireless/social features are a great step forward, Audible (for audio books) and games (incl. Hexic and Texas Hold 'Em for free. That and the UI and software are sweet.

So tempted to get a new Zune. I have the 1st gen 30gb and it's a great hardware. Also the software is alot better than iTunes imo(automatically reads media folder and updates the library on its own). I know what to get for christmas then :)
