But hey just one question is that still basicly a 302 with 351 heads and if so what exactly did you have to do to put the 351 heads on also are they widsor heads or clevland????????????????
it was all done at one time. the cam is meant to paired with 1.7 rollers, instead 1.6 were used! was def a different from normal setup. i'm not sure how much power, but with 275/50's bfg's on the rear it spin all of 1st, all of 2nd and get traction around 4,000 rpm in 3rd. it pulled strong trough 1200 rpms or so till over 6k. the limiter on the ignition was set to 61 6200rpm. which only reason cause the bottom end had over 170k on it.
Any other info on this set up? How did the power improve w/ the 2031? Why that cam & 30#ers? are you going blower later? building similar project, just curious.
