I love shooting the 240. It is surgical. Shooting the 50 cal in rocking seas can be a pain in the ass. But it is much easier to group w/ the 240.

@seb2455 It's not a zodiac. It's an aluminum SAFE boat with a foam edge. Highly maneuverable, almost unsinkable and very fast. It's the preferred Law Enforcement boat of the Coast Guard.

It's the same pay scale as all of the other armed services. I think E-1 starts btw. 15 and 20k, but I'm not sure.

Enlisted is E-1 to E-9

Warrant Officer is W-1 to W-3

Commissioned Officer is O-1 to O-10.

All officers (including warrant and noncommissioned enlisted) have seniority factored in with the pay grade, which is in accordance with rank.
