Excellent talk I was there .. In a world that appears to be focused on what appears to be a false theological sense of God, Mrs. Eddy clearly delineated scripture in such a way as to obliterate this sense of God as "wrathful" and "afflictive.
Christian Science is Biblical and brings us back to the Bible is such a way that helps us unlock it's hidden treasures that old theology has kept hidden for centuries.
