Hey Guys I'm saving for this laptop but Now it comes with Mobile Core i7s so the highest that comes with is the 1.73GHz Core i7 with a Turbo boost upto 3.06GHz so will this be much better Performance, Less Heat and less Energy consumption then the 2.93GHz Core 2 Duo and will this cause program such as iTunes that requires 2.5GHz or better to play HD Content? If you can reply as soon as possible i will be muchly greatful thanks in advanced

@TravvyG We'll if you're still looking, the 720QM ( 1.6ghz I7) would smoke the 2.93 Core 2 Duo. So no need to worry.

But it might end up using a little more energy and creating a little more heat. But it balances in favor of the Core I7 as It will get done with transcoding a lot faster. So it will use less energy to complete a task and produces less heat for the work done.
