Women do this frequently (my girlfriend has done this a few times). They just don't get out of their car and act like lunatics (like this guy did).

Hell, I've even been pulled over by a police officer while driving naked (except for my sneakers) I covered myself with a towel. I told him where I was coming home from (Gunnison Beach Sandy Hook Monmouth County NJ). He let me go without any questions.

I dont 100% think driving naked was the entire reason he was pulled over. Unless someone reported him or he was seen by police naked outside the vehicle. But other than that you cant tell if a person is completely naked in a vehicle unless you can see their entire body. Like walking pedestrians. Or anyone in a vehicle higher up then their vehicle.

The reason it is illegal to drive naked is because public nudity is illegal and driving naked is public nudity. I myself have never done it but I see nothing wrong with people doing it. I myself do wish nudity was legal in public but unfortunetely it isnt.

I didn't even have to watch more than 15 seconds of this video to know that the officer was doing what was necessary.

1) The naked guy DIDN'T put his hands on the back of the truck immediately. He walked towards the police officer's vehicle without being able to justify a reason.

You NEVER do that. You don't walk to a police officer's car unless he tells you too. If you need to get to an officer for assistance YOU RUN at it screaming and waving frantically.

the only thing required by law (at least in CA) are corrective lenses if you need them (and a seatbelt of course). However, a cop can pull you over for driving naked, if he has complaints about it from other people. But he isn't legally allowed to instigate anything on his own...

On summer nights I have driven around naked or on long drives in the summer too. It feels goodtoo. My SUV sits somewhat higher than most vehicles, so its hard for people to see into my car. I just carry a pair of nylon gym shorts with me to pull on if I need to cover up. It's that simple. I luv being naked.
