How do you instantly unmorph?

You have to have a wall or some other barrier close behind you. When you do an instant unmorph in mid-air, you can do a double jump for extra height. Look up "bsj"

i'd rather do this than use the dang elivator

that way i can keep moving but the problum is that i'm still getting the hang of doing bsj's i can't get the camera right some times
