Only the first 4 of the 7 OVAs have been dubbed, with 5-7 available to watch subbed. I doubt a new anime is ever going to happen, since the OVAs are following the manga (which was completed) almost exactly. Though it does seem the advertised blueray release has more detained effects (like 'rotting' ghouls).
