I didn't like the way the girl who directed kept moving...it was somewhat distracting. And also, unify your vowel sounds. I think the whole thing was little too bright. Make it darker. But otherwise it was good.
Out of all the versions I've seen on youtube, this one is my favorite! :)

We sang this at our state choir contest when I was in HS, it was really fun to sing!
We sounded really good, we took 7th, not bad for our first time in school history of making it to State!

Either wear your tuxes open or closed, but not both. The tenors were too quiet 0:22, but you guys did very well for such a small choir.
