When I got into them around "Still Life", all my friends would ask "Opeth who?" when I raved about them endlessly. I paid $15 to see them for the first time (Deliverance/Damnation tour). Now tickets to their anniversary tour in New York cost around $100 and they're playing the Royal Albert Hall. How the times have changed. It's nice to see people paying attention to music that truly deserves it.
What does Mike say about Peter and Lopez? "I didn't want to go back to work with ..." - What does he say there? I haven't seen the DVD yet - Is he bagging them out or just telling the story of their departure?
@DcEsp1000 Oh right, I was wondering because the context didn't make any sense with the use of the word "tyres" (I thought that's what he said initially but didn't get it). Thanks for clearing that up for me.
@fraserpaterson i think he basically said he didnt want to go back to work in his old day job. i think he said the word "tyres" after that not sure. couldve worked in a tryre factory? lol
Indeed, I can hear the girls menstruating, wtf is that for an audience? Make some noise for the greatest human being ever to walk this earth, Mikael Åkerfeldt and his band Opeth! :p
First thing I saw at 2:00 were those two faggot fistpumpers.
This isn't a rave, it's motherfucking Opeth.

@fraserpaterson he was joking about how he didn't want to go back to working on tires/cars. So Opeth found new members. lol
