AD and Diploma RNs become RNs with next to no debt and think nothing of fighting CEOs over staffing or leaving a hospital that is unsafe (most are). BSNs today can owe 60 to 120 thousand dollars in student loan debt. Nothing says 'Keep your mouth shut like a 600 dollar a month student loan repayment'. Magnet Status is as fake as Health Grades, JCAHO and this ad. Ed Bernays just pissed himself.
