  • Does the old school stretching actually help you guys? I find that the regular crossfit warm-up is more than enough for me. I did the Kelly today and i did 25 burpees and pull-ups for a warm-up and back squats for strength.

  • very cool vid....cool music too! who's the artist (music)?

  • little too fast... can't even see form/reps.

    Cool thought though. Fun workout too!
