Sorry but before telling them to tighten up and practice more you seriously need to formation fly on FS9 n FSX before saying that, they're the hardest simulator to formation fly on
LOMAC and IL-2 are a doddle compared to the MSFS series!
Good try, the formations need to be tighter. I like formation flights myself. Even a 3 plane formation can be hard. However, with practice, you have a potential to do some good flights.
