there is a toy hanging over the side of the stroller and the rope from it seems to be blocking the way, therefore blocking the handelbars from comming down. was that the problem perhaps???
Oops sorry I can't help but send wind up comments on this (youtube). So I guess you don't recommend buying one then? We was thinking of this or Buzz 4. Hope yours gets fixed.
