I <3 your videos. I saw a video you made called goodbye my best friend. That made me cry thinking what it would be like to lose my pony. Lovely video.
@ilovemypitfred You really need to check yourself. I've ridden in the Rolex, WIHS, and have been asked to join the Olympic team, but you have no right to jump down someone's thrat like that. So much conflict hear!
Wauw, this is amazing. I was wondering how you teach your horse to rear? I want to learn it to my arabian geldng, but dont know exactly how. With my previous horse I did it in a complete wrong way by pulling the reins with a fence behind her ass, bu that was a few years ago, before I learned about horsemanship. And now I relaly want o teach my horse to rear, but dont know how to start.
Alright PegasusJumper... I just watched a hand full of your videos, how about be fore you go making smart ass comments like the one above, you go ahead and worry about your seat first. And your hands while your at it. They are very noneffective. And seriously, if you want to give some one constructive criticism that comment above is not the way to do it. You sound like an arrogant piece of donkey poo. Vicky1234xx you rock! Keep up the good work.
Firstly what makes you think you can ride any other way without a saddle o.O obviously its working for her as the pony is doing everything shes asks perfectly and she isnt falling off o.O and seoncdly i dont see anywhere saying she is asking for anybody's advice/opinions.
Omg its hard to stay on a pony bareback she was just wrapping her legs round him and she was doing it with no hands. Plus i don't think she will be entering many comps bridle-less and saddle-less :P She did really well i wish i could ride my horse bareback but i cant cos he has kissing spine :(
wow you have a great relationship with your horse!!!! I've been doing that stuff too, but not as effeciently as you of coarse, I just feel drawn to the 'no pressure' thing, it looks so free and relaxed, and he looks happy to be with you, keep up the good work!!!
that is AMAZING! how did you teach him to rear with you on him? thats crazy!!!!! gorgeous horse but you look too big for him. your knees are lke on his shoulders :) good job!!!
Wow, you're amazing! You have an incredible bond with your horse (who is simply gorgeous!) Most people on youtube just wanna show off their horses and train them harshly to just have one video...you on the other hand have talent with your horse. Keep going :)
the only words that come to mind after seeing that are... adorable bond, great training, i love that free lunge!..... someone at my barn is trying free lungeing is so funny to watch...she has a lot of work to do to get the horse to work as well as yours......great job
WOW- wow- WOW! I am working with a combination of Natural horsemanship with my horse (and my new 18 month old horse- and let em tell you, OMG- it is the BEST decision I ever made to work in those methods. My favorite activity is playing with them- and they love playing with me! Check out my vids of my boy Razz- I love that you are doing such great things with your pony. Wait & I will post some of my baby soon! :-)
Victoria , I really like your work. I struggle to find any horsemanship I like on Youtube where all you see are selfish people who use the horse as an object and what the horse can do for them, dressage is nowadays pathetic , western is just brutal , jumping is just massive bites in mouth and massive pain for the horses .... you are a breath of fresh air, I wish people and young people go back to play with their horses, instead of locking them in stalls and taking out soly to work them to death
Wherever you are getting your information from, egasserd8888, you may want to check again, because most horses that do jumping, dressage , or western enjoy what they are doing. Just because sombody rides a horse does not mean that they are using them as an object. Most people that I have seen that ride and own horses are not selfish and would do anything for thier horse. Yes, I do believe Natural Horsemanship is good, but that doesnt make dressage, jumping, or western bad.
That was amazing! I love it. Keep up the great work! :)
