Based on what I can see, it's probably a 15cm FK iR, or 15 cm Kanone 16. After WW1, the Japanese received control of several former German colonies in the Pacific. Many nations also received German weapons in large quantities as war reparations.

It's an excellent find and a very RARE one at that.
