There's white under her eyes because they have like a little foundation there, so if there's any fallout from the eye shadow, they'll make the color go away with the foundation. . And this looks like what I did on Halloween .

this does work if you use a good brand, my sister is a beutician and she specialises in eyes, she does my eyes sometimes and she does a very good job of them. i would get the new rimmel london go block 2 in 1, a smokey eyleiner pen 1 side and a special mascara that is desighned to make your eyelashes go realy thick and this is what she uses and it is very good for creating a very smokey effect onto the eye. the go block 2 in 1 also has a bit of rubber so its mistake proof and it has a blending.

It's too light to be colored contacts, since those contacts add color onto color. Plus, 1:07 where she blinks, you can see her dilated pupils recontract which, with colored contacts, don't happen because the pupil size is predetermined. It's all about logic!
