  • Great routine. The progression looks as if it is well contoured for someone also starting out on planche. The rolling-into-planche puch up is a fantastic idea. I never thought of the roll before, I would just try to jump my legs up and then press. Thanks for the tips!

  • i have been doing alot of bodyweight exercises to be able to planche. u should try 3 sets of 12 clap push ups i find that helps alot

  • I've starte this 2 days ago. So know lets see. Still can't do the Tuck planche in order to move foward. SO i need to practice the others much more. I'm all sore. ;)

  • idk if ill be able to do the pressup but ill be able to do the pushups of course n i can do the tuck planche but not evn for 10. does anyone have exercises or anythin to workup to being able to do a planche? cuz i rly wana do one

  • @narokuhitsugaya123 Just keep doing the pushups and keep training tucked planche and try to raise your hips to soulder level. I will come slowly :D. And then just do the extercises in the tutorial.

  • @ChickenVSTurtle but all the things in this vid tht i can do are the tuck planche, handstand pushups, pushups n the pressups n i can also do an L-sit for about 5 seconds.

  • yeah dragon flags is hard but it is for abs and my exercise is for lower back. I know it is great for core body. all exercises for abs are important for planche and other gymnastic skills.

  • if you dont have a fitness ball you can also do pseudo-dragon flags for lower back strenght.

  • I'm 13 years old, i can do all this step, but that with handstand pushups no, and sometimes me wristle hurts, is this bad?

  • Not bad, just weak wrists. Try to turn them losse enough before doing pushups, and if necesary, use wrist tape.
