Ask Ayotte where was she and what happened to the constitutionally guaranteed right of citizens to the protection of the system of checks and balances when a Family Court ruled, and the NH Supreme Court affirmed without opinion, a young African American child could not attend or enroll in the NH public school system because of his race and color of his skin?

Ayotte’s personal and professional policies, practices, and procedures have been at the heart of a criminal justice system where African Americans and other minorities are routinely and systematically villified, subjected to racial disparities, inequities, and injustices and are treated as less than credible and trustworthy.

Kelly helped to destroy my family , a mixed family, with a Color of Law and Fraud and Conspiracy attack she did NOTHING to stop. Kelly supports criminal acts by others in her administration by looking the other way. The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights made a request to the DOJ for an investigation on my charges against her. Congressman Inslee and Stark have assisted as well, asking the FBI to investigate and to award Victims Assistance.
