Did I hear you correctly, that when you are recording with the Aiptek MPVR you must keep the video screen open? I was using a DXG to record our mountain bike rides until it broke but I was able to close the video screen and it still recorded. If I have to keep the screen open it would surely get broken while riding the trials.
Well, I know when I was recording, I was unable to shut the screen while recording... I read the manual several times, and couldn't find anything... I am sorry to say that I don't think you can keep this camera open while recording. I would also like to add, there are better cameras out now, and I would recommend looking at some of those first. I dropped this camera, and the lens popped off, since then, the zoom sux... I am planning on getting a new camera soon. :o)
I need a small digital camera that I can mount on my helmet to record our mtn bike rides. The DXG did a great job but has poor quality in that something is all the time breaking. Do you have any suggestions? I don't want to spend a lot of money on the camera.
Hey man, great review, just wanderin how much u like it or not. Looking to get a hybrid myself. thanks, o and by the way do listen to dusche bags like that with self-security issues thanks
Thanks, I love the thing. but since I got it, it kinda broke. But it's because my mom ran over it in the car(Don't ask.). Anyway, it works except for when I try to zoom in. I have to go. :)
OK, if u want to make mean comments, Please don't. I'll respect ur opinion, but u don't have to call me names. What is the point in ur comment again??? Calling me names? Making fun of me? o ya, 2 things, 1. A great man once told me "it takes one to kniw one" 2. I have lost alot of weight. In conclusion, I would like to know what the point of ur comment was. :)
