to all of you out there unable to restart the dock without losing the stack!

grant yourself all permissions by going to program files right-clicking the entire rocketdock folder then enter properties. select the security tab, go into advanced>owner>Edit...

select yourself and hit use then click ok to get back into the properties window.

once again in the security tab enter edit, select yourself and check all permissions. once again hit use and you are done!
