AM I correct in saying if your in a single file, you don't have to call forward march after a column movement? After all, they shouldn't be going into half steps. The only reason the D&C manual has you going into half steps for a full flight is so the other elements can catch up. However, with a single file, obviously there aren't any other elements. So I'm pretty sure you don't have to call forward march.
Ehhh no. The BDU cover is supposed to come down pretty far. If you take your middle finger and pointer finger and put them together on top of your eyebrow, that's the proper distance. And it ends up being pretty far down. It's the same distance for your blues cover as well.

You are very correct you do not call forward harch after a Column movement. It says it in the Drill and Cermonies Manual.

Actually that's me, the Flight Sergeant. My hat isn't too high, that perticular hat was just designed like that...and it was a bit too small.
