Well done beth! truly, well done! that is amazing what you did, especially as you did it yourself! my weight loss wasnt as big, i was something like 250/260lbs when i was 15, and got fed up of the bullying, and being tired all the time, so i got up, and started jogging, every sunday for nearly 10 months, playing basketball, eating healthy, my mum got loads of veg and healthy food, and now im around 190lbs but some of thats muscle! your a true inspiration, you should be proud :-)

2 1/2 years. I became vegetarian, started doing cardio, and allow myself one treat a day. Not a large treat, just something sweet. I focus on the positives and try to use small goals to not put too much pressure on myself. Good luck, you can do this. Anyone can.

Great job! I know how it hurts when a parent tells you that you need to lose weight. I can remember once when a friend told me that I was getting chubby and when I told my dad that I thought I looked fine...he said that I shouldn't gain anymore....I was 15 yrs old
