I was taken a hostage in the hands of few theives for over 10 days. They tied me up with rope, beat me to bleed, terrorized me with machete and a machine gun just to rob me. After they took what I had in my wallet, they kept me tied and asked me to call the U.S for more money. I escaped before the money arrived.
They generally kill their hostage once they get all their demands. I was lucky.

Gospel is preached in Honduras since Spaniards came into America. Thanks to the catholic church, hondurans know God, if some convert into other denominations is because catholics seeded christian roots. Jn 6 31-71 Some didn't accept what Jesus said & left. Just like some can't beleive: his real presence in Eucharist. He insisted: Do you also want to leave me? He promised: I'll be with you to the end of times. Jesus is with us: spirit, body, soul & divinity
u right the gospel was force by the spanish catholist, the indians were kill if they did not accept the gospel of Christ. Jesus did not force anyone to follow Him, and still stands to this day. I dont credit humans or organization for the spread of the gospel, I give God the credit and glory for His mercy and love to made it posible for the gospel to reach the heart of millions, the only and perfect way that He only knows how.
You have not studied the history of the church. The church was first than the Bible. The church decided the cannon of the books in the Bible. What you get is thanks to the Holy Spirit protecting us. Spaniards were not all catholics. Only the missionaries that came with them... Let's believe in what you say... can you forgive? I guess you need to blame us to continue your preaching. The word God came first, before any came to existing or before anything was fullfill. The Bible was put together not by an organization but from elders or apostles that were jews and use the canon to be let by the Holy Spirit to choose the the right inspire word of God, letters, act, gospels. I got nothing to forgive, I blame the sin of humans.

Dude, you probably don't recognize the city anymore... I don't blame you. Even I, who left SPS just eight years ago, don't seem to recognize some of the areas down there, guess the city has expanded dramatically in the last years. Greetings from Switzerland.
