I'll listen to Patti over Bruce any day. She's the real genius in the family, if you ask me. I hope she does another album like Rumble Doll with each song written from a melody, as opposed to her two most recent albums which were wholly composed of groove songs with each written from a riff & a rhythm. Patti Scialfa is a goddess! Her Lullaby album and Play It As It Lays were good but the Rumble Doll album, which includes this song, was stupendous! The title track, Spanish Dancer, As Long As I Can Be with You and Lucky Girl are gorgeous in both lyric and music. And Patti is so stunning to behold! Love, love, love you, Patti.
