Yeah, a lot of that swordplay comes from the Swordsmanship from Europe. However you can't say that there is no authentic American martial Art. Just like all your examples, a good amount of it also comes from the Native people. There is Okichitaw, Lua, and Chulukua. Thanks to Asian influence we have a lot more, Like MMA, Kenpo, and Jeet Kune Do.

Much of the martial dance were given from the african culture. "Dance style" such as Capoeira were in reality martial arts from african slaves. But the works with the machetes and the escrima belonged to the spanish culture. In you watch the ancient way of the spanish swordmastership you'll find so many similar things!
