i am blessed to be a person who saw bo play football and baseball live..as a royal vs the a's in oakland,as a raider in LA and at SF against the 49ers. i had hours of bo tapes (vcr) that were destroyed in a house fire...it gives me chills to see bo ...two misses i had taped..bo barrells through rick dempsy at home plate,and bo rocks fred mcneil of the dolphins with a raider run

he was something. i was living in kansas city when bo was on the royals, i'll never forget when he announced he was going to play for the raiders as a "hobby". (a bitter rival of the k.c. chiefs. oakland was also hated due to charles finley taking the kansas city athletics to oakland.)
anyway, royals fans pelted left field with toy footballs the next home game (i think instigated by a radio station) bo just looked at the fans with his arms held out like he was saying "wtf?"
