I find that Meg is totally useless without Joe... I mean, it the end she should be a buffed up Meg, right? Or at least I get that impression by the OAV's opening and the anime's ending... but at the end of the day she is just as dependable as always... I don't know, maybe they were trying to make the whole relationship between the two around Joe saving her? I'm quite disappointed :/

Thank god she got her hair chopped off. She looked like Inuyasha, lol! XD Ok, I'm sold on this series. I remember watching the series a couple years ago and not liking it. Re-watching it now, though, I'm convinced I didn't like it cause it was the English dub, and we all know English dubs SUCK! Me likes burst angel/bakuretsu tenshi.

@dasouljah1:  Yeah, I ended up just buying the whole box set ($40 series+OVA). Netflix didn't even have all the dvds in the series available. Half of them were "save" and who knows when they would have actually gotten it. Definitely worth it, though, cause the Japanese version is kick butt! BA goes in the category with Black Lagoon. It is THAT awesome!
